1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing CraftinWeb.com (“Site”) or signing a proposal, you agree to these Terms. Refrain from using our Site/services if you disagree.

2. Payments & Fees
a. Deposit:
50% of the total fee is due immediately upon proposal signing via the payment link.
Work commences only after deposit clearance (typically 1-3 business days).

b. Final Payment:
The remaining 50% is due within 5 calendar days of project completion notification.
Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

c. Suspension Rights:
We may pause services for overdue payments >14 days until balance clears.
Delays caused by late payments extend project timelines proportionally.
Disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of invoice receipt.

d. Security
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store card data.

3. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Final deliverables and IP rights transfer to Client only upon full payment.
Portfolio Rights: We retain rights to showcase completed work (excluding confidential features).

4. Scope & Revisions
Services are limited to those described in signed proposals.
Includes the rounds of revisions per service phase specified in the Proposal. Additional revisions: £25/hour after written approval.

5. Project Timelines
Estimated timeline: will be specified in the proposal.
Delays from Client feedback/scope changes extend deadlines.
Force Majeure: Not liable for delays from unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).

6. Termination
By Client: 30-day written notice. Deposit non-refundable; completed work billed hourly.
By CraftinWeb: If Client breaches terms (e.g., non-payment).

7. Limitation of Liability
Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from Site use.
Errors in service descriptions or pricing (corrected promptly).

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive business information without written consent.

9. Governing Law
Governed by laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in London courts.

10. Amendments
Changes require written agreement via signed addendum.
